Returns Policy on Purchases

If you change your mind or have ordered by accident, you are entitled to a refund of the product cost, any delivery costs will not be refunded.

Returns can be arranged via our online Order Status website in one single step. Returns are subject to our Sales and Refunds Policy. You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product, we must receive the item back at our facility within 7 days of indicating you would like to return the item.

Excluding when we have supplied a defective item, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning your item. We highly recommend you use an insured service up to the value of the product. The item is under your responsibility until we receive it at our facility.

Please note that returned items must be returned in an unused state with undamaged packaging, scanning products contain a scan counter and our technicians will check the device has not been used to scan an amount of photos.
