Quick Summary Spotted a lower rental price elsewhere? We won’t just match it — we’ll beat it by 10%. Applies before you book or up to 7 days after your rental begins.
The lower price must be for the same product on identical rental terms (same make, model, specification, rental period, and conditions). Both we and the competitor must have the item available and ready for hire. We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and availability.
Exclusions: We do not beat exclusive discounts (e.g. staff, student, NHS/Blue Light), trade or wholesale prices, subscription-only or membership-only prices, loyalty or reward schemes, third-party marketplace listings, or obvious pricing errors.
If the competitor’s price is not listed online, you’ll need to provide their contact details and evidence of the offer (model, rental terms, stock availability, date/time, and price). We reserve the right to refuse a claim if we suspect fraud, unauthorised reselling, or misuse of our Price Promise.
